1 General Provisions

Wicket 72 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online sports betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other selected countries. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform.

2 Account Registration & Management

A valid account is required to use wicket 72's services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to complete the registration process.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Permitted. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed. One Account approved. 2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.4 KYC Verification

To ensure security and regulatory compliance, Wicket 72 may initiate a KYC (identity verification) process at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

3 Betting Rules & Terms

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on wicket 72. All types of Sports Bets — including cricket, football, and tennis — fall under these rules.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Wicket 72 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• In the event of a lost internet connection, the last confirmed bet recorded on the account will remain valid
• Large bets placed from multiple accounts on the same outcome in the same match may be voided

3.2 Match Cancellation & Postponement

If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all related bets will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. However, if a match has started and a specified number of overs or a set period of time has been completed, the result will be determined in accordance with international rules.

3.3 Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is capped at ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT). This limit may differ for special tournaments, which will be announced separately.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Wicket 72 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements, which typically range from 5x to 10x.

• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable at the same time
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled

5.3 Cashback Policy

5.4 Referral Bonus

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuinely new member and make a valid deposit. Referral bonuses from the same household or IP address are not eligible.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wicket 72. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or artificially complete wagering requirements
• Using funds for money laundering or illegal betting activity
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Wicket 72 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If false identity or age verification is provided
• When required by law or at the request of a regulator
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months)

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before doing so. Any active bonus will be forfeited if its wagering requirements have not been met, though your original deposit will be returned.

8 Responsible Gaming
